Ai have been chubby since she can remember. She had many friends and enjoyed her life. However, she developed “gaze phobia” when she was a college student. She had forgotten how to smile and spent her days shut away at home, but there was one moment in her life that made her decide to become a fashion model. She has pioneered the development of plus-size models in Japan, but has faced “slander. There was a gap between the original her and the public image. And the mindless media “clipping.”…What is body shape? What is beauty? What is being oneself? Ai talks with MC Hikaru Takahashi and navigator So Takei.

  1. Ai started her career as a fashion model in 2010 while working as a nurse. She became the first Japanese plus-size model.
    She is currently using her experience as a producer for a modeling agency. This year she also founded her own fashion brand.

    Takei is a former Japanese champion in the the decathlon, and has experience in a variety of sports, including martial arts, baseball, and golf.He is still active in the media, particularly on TV and radio, and has won a gold medal in the 4x100m relay at the World Masters Athletics Championships, as well as playing golf and the piano.He is the "strongest 49-year-old" who continues to grow day by day, aiming to be the "biggest in his own history.
    He is currently the chairman of the Japan Fencing Association and the sustainability minister of the Ministry of the Environment.


MC: Hikaru Takahashi

  1. In 2014, Takahashi won the Grand Prix for the 14th Japan Bishojo Content which led to her debut and immediate success through staring in various corporate commercials. Since then, she has appeared in numerous acclaimed works such as NHK Taiga Drama Onna Joushu Naotora (2017). Other than working as an actor, Takahashi has been active in a variety of fields including radio, television, and fashion.
