Viktoria Modesta (UK) – The Concert 2022

Viktoria Modesta
(UK)

"It is more than just coming out as the first amputee music fashion artist, whatever you want to call it. It’s about taking charge of your own assets. If you don’t fit in, then don’t fit in. (Source) "

Viktoria Modesta is living in the future and invites us all to join her. She recognizes that with new technologies and other advancements, the value we hold extends beyond the physical body; and that these developments are creating a level playing field for every individual regardless of physical abilities. It’s this bold vision of the future that embeds itself in her craft – whether it is with her NFT launches, music videos or visual aesthetic.

Viktoria established herself as the world’s first bionic pop star with her 2014 debut during the X Factor Finals on ITV. Her 2014 music video Prototype went viral, amassing millions of views and redefining what a pop star could be. Since then she has taken her hyper-stylized, futuristic performances across the globe performing at the 2012 Paralympics, the Super Bowl 2022, Miami Art Basel and her sold-out residency at the iconic Crazy Horse Paris cabaret.

True Colors Festival

TCF is a long-running international festival of performing arts. We celebrate diversity and inclusion, and embrace the fact that we are One World, One Family. We choose the arts as our platform, for its power to move, inspire and heal.

As a festival, TCF brings people together to generate exchanges, innovation and creativity; and transform the way we relate to each other.

Presented by The Nippon Foundation, TCF brings diverse artists and audiences together through concerts, documentaries, music videos, film screenings, children's programs, musicals, workshops and other activities. Since 2006, festivals have been organized in Southeast Asia and Japan, with more than 1,200 artists from more than 30 countries connecting with a global audience in more than 80 countries.

TCF invites you to journey with us, to enjoy, experience, share and spread our consciousness of being One World, One Family.
