Born with the gift of perfect pitch, music making and singing came naturally to Mandy Harvey. She majored in vocal music education and aspired to be a singer but after losing her residual hearing at the age of 19, Mandy withdrew from her studies and almost gave up on her one true love – music.

With her dad’s encouragement, she picked up music again and started performing in jazz clubs. It was here that she met jazz pianist Mark Sloniker who began to perform regularly with her. Eventually, Mandy started writing jazz songs and releasing albums. In 2017, she joined the 12th season of America’s Got Talent where she earned the coveted ‘Golden Buzzer’ from Simon Cowell and placed fourth in the competition.

Mandy regularly gives back to the community through her music and charity organizations such as No Barriers USA.
