Priority Entrance

Visitors using Designated Viewing Area, hearing aid, audio guide, and with small children can enter the venue 45 minutes prior to the start of program. If you would like to use Priority Entrance, purchase tickets in the Ground Floor Area. There is no need to make a request.

Q. Can I purchase tickets through the True Colors Operating Office?

A. No, we do not sell tickets through the True Colors Operating Office.
Please purchase your tickets through Tickets Pia or Lawson Tickets

Q. How late can I request for Viewing Support?

A. We will take requests until Friday, February 7, 2020.
However if we reach our capacity we will stop taking requests, so please make your requests as soon as you can. If you want to make a request after February 7, please call directly the True Colors Operating Office.

Q. Can I know the availability of the Viewing Support before I purchase my ticket?

A. There are limitation to available for areas where you can view in your wheelchair and to the devices that can be rented out. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request.
If you are unsure about anything before purchasing your ticket, please contact the True Colors Operating Office.

Q. Will there be tickets available at the door?

A. We will notify the status of tickets before the day of event on our website and our social media accounts.
