Concert Guidelines

While viewing the concert, in keeping with the intent of the True Colors Festival, an attempt to achieve a society where diverse people can enjoy life together and everyone can feel at home, we seek your cooperation to please remain seated in consideration of the audience seated at the back and those in wheelchairs.

Viewing Support Seats

• Should you require assistance and need to be accompanied to the concert, you may purchase a set of 2 tickets — for yourself and your care giver — at the price of one ticket. Please be sure to purchase a ticket for a Viewing Support Seat.

• You may be asked to present your disability certificate at any time during the concert. Please have your disability certificate with you.

• If you require tickets for more than one care giver or if a family member or friend is attending the concert with you, select tickets from the same category and row and make the purchase at the same time.
We will arrange the seat numbers to ensure that your group can be seated together. We cannot accommodate requests for different seat types or purchase times.
You and your care giver must enter the venue at the same time.

• Should you require support such as if you need help navigating your seat, or if you are unsure about which ticket to purchase, or if we do not offer seats that meet your desired viewing needs, please contact the Office of the Secretariat.

• Please feel free to visit the Accessible Viewing Support Service Counter at the venue should you require various viewing support or related assistance.

Notes on Tickets

• Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Sale of tickets will close once tickets are sold out.
• Seat numbers are not assigned at the point of purchase. You will be notified of the seat number by the ticketing agency later.
• All seats are reserved.
• Audience under 18 years of age are required to obtain guardian consent before ticket purchase.
• Elementary school students and above need to purchase a ticket to enter the concert venue.
• Admission is free for preschoolers if they do not occupy an individual seat. Preschoolers who require a separate seat will need a ticket.
• Tickets sold are non-modifiable and non-refundable.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Should the ticket holder’s name be different from the name reflected on the identity card, admission may be refused.
• It is against the law to reserve, purchase and resell the tickets.
• We reserve the right not to accept tickets deemed to be counterfeit.
• Any transportation or accommodation expenses arising from attending the event will be borne by the customer.
• Any admin fees relating to the ticket purchase will be borne by the customer.

COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines

1. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will implement measures in accordance with the COVID-19 regulations from the Japanese government, city officials and the venue. Please note that depending on the severity of the current COVID-19 situation, the concert may be postponed or canceled to ensure the safety of the performers and staff. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Personal information provided at the time of ticket purchase will be disclosed to public authorities such as public health centers if required for COVID-19 purposes, such as:

For COVID-19 tracking purposes in the event a performer, staff or patron tests positive for COVID-19. We may ask for details such as whether or not you are accompanied by a care giver and the contact information of the care giver. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

3. Masks must be worn at all times within the concert venue. Entry will be refused should you be without masks. Non-woven fabric masks are recommended.

4. Temperature-taking will be carried out at the entrance. Admission will be refused if your temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius, or higher.

5. Please disinfect your hands as needed at the venue. Hand sanitizer is available at various locations within the venue. Please wash and sanitize your hands frequently.

6. Please practice appropriate social distancing from other patrons when entering and exiting the venue.

7. Please refrain from speaking loudly, cheering, or coming into physical contact with other patrons in the venue.

8. We recommend that you install the COVID-19 Contact Tracing App (COCOA) by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare on your smartphone before coming to the venue. This app will notify you if you were in close contact with someone who later tested positive for COVID-19. Please turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your smartphone so that the app can perform contact tracing effectively.

9. Please practice social responsibility and discern if you are fit to attend the concert based on the COVID-19 guidelines provided by the Japanese government and local officials.

10. Please follow the instructions of the concert staff when entering and exiting the venue. Patrons will be asked to leave the venue should instructions not be complied with. In order to avoid congestion at the entry and exit points, there might be movement restrictions imposed.

11. If you feel unwell in the venue, notify a staff member immediately.

You will not be allowed to enter the venue if any of the following apply to you:

● In the past 14 days, you traveled to a country or region where immigration restrictions or periods of observation have been imposed by the local government, or have had close contact with a resident of such a country or region.

● You have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher when measuring your temperature at home on the day of the concert.

● You have symptoms such as cough, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, runny or blocked nose, loss of taste/smell, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting.

● You have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been instructed to remain at home by a doctor

● You have been in close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19.

● You have a family member whom you live with or a close friend who is suspected of having COVID-19.

COVID-19 Precautionary Measures at the Venue

• Thorough disinfection of common areas in the venue
• Temperature-taking of all personnel involved in the concert
• Good ventilation within the venue
• Compulsory mask-wearing and frequent hand sanitizing for all staff and officials
