This is an area designated for people who may feel uncomfortable standing in a crowd to view the program such as: people using wheelchairs, people attending with assistance / guiding / hearing dogs, people who are physically limited, people who are visually and hearing impaired, and families with little children.

The “Designated Viewing Area”is for audience members that require support.

Support for viewing the program

  1. Designated Viewing Area:
    If you would like to use this area, please contact us in advance or notify our staff at the event. We welcome toddlers and babies.

  2. Japanese Subtitles:
    We will provide Japanese subtitles that will be best viewed from within the Designated Viewing Area.

  3. Sign Language Translation:
    We will provide a sign language translator. The Designated Viewing Area will be the best area to view from because depending on the program the translator will move around.

  4. Japanese / English Bilingual MC:
    The program will be hosted in both Japanese and English.

A notice on viewing the program

A film and photography crew will be documenting this event. Please refrain from standing in the general pathway when viewing the program.

Q. Where will the event take place in Shibuya Stream?

A. It will take place on the ground floor of Shibuya Stream at the Inaribashi Square.

Q. Will there be seating? Can these seats be reserved?

A. Within the event space there will be no seating and only standing room available. Reservations will not be available. There will be a Designated Viewing Area for people who may feel uncomfortable standing in a crowd to view the program such as: people using wheelchairs, people attending with assistance / guiding / hearing dogs, people who are physically limited, people who are visually and hearing impaired, and families with little children.

Q. Can you reserve the Designated Viewing Area?

A. You cannot make reservations. However, please don’t hesitate to talk to a on-site staff about using this space at the venue. If you have any questions regarding the use, feel free to contact the True Colors Operating Office.

Q. I am not comfortable viewing the program while standing. I do not have a disability certificate but can I use the Designated Viewing Area?

A.Yes you can. Please talk to the on-site staff. The will assist you.

Q. Do I need tickets?

A. No tickets are needed. Just come freely on that day.

Q. Can I attend wth my assistance / guiding / hearing dog?

A. Yes. We will have an area where you can view together. Additionally you can enter Shibuya Stream with your dog.

Q. Can I bring my pet?

A. Yes. Please have your pet on a leash and adjust it to be short when you are at the venue.

Q. Can I park my car?

A.There is pay parking at Shibuya Stream. There is also space for people using wheelchairs.

Q. What if it rains on the day of performance?

A. The event will take place in rain, but may be cancelled by a typhoon or extreme weather. In any case, if there is cancellation to the program we will announce on this website and on social media.

Q. Can I use picnic mats or folding chairs at venue?

A. No we do not allow picnic mats or folding chairs. Please refrain from using mats as ways to secure seating. If you do not feel comfortable standing, please inform the on-site staff to use the Designated Viewing Area where you can sit.

Q. Can I take pictures and videos of the event?

A. You can take pictures, but please refrain from using flash or taking video.
